Ways to Get Involved
Get in touch with the art at a whole new level by helping out with this new and exciting event. We are in need of all kinds of support and we welcome the community's assistance in making this art competition a true success. Check out the list of needs we have below:
Host a preferred location . . .
Invite artists to paint at your property.
-
Define when the artists are welcome to paint on your property.
-
Identify where they can park
-
Give us any pertinent information such as they can or can’t go through a gate or fence, they can or can’t be on your porch or “please pet the dog”.
-
Let us know whether there is a bathroom available to the artists
Host an artist . . .
House one of our artists while they are here in the area painting.
-
If you have a guest house or an extra bedroom, invite an artist to use it while they are here.
-
Contact Amanda Danning and define parameters of the lodging- is it a bedroom, a guest house, or if there are accommodations for more than one artist.
-
Artists are asked to give $100 dollars to hosts to offset any cleaning or other inconveniences to the host.
Be a VIP Patron guaranteed buyer . . .
-
Agree to purchase at least one painting and be a VIP Patron at an early champagne reception.
-
VIP Patrons will be able to view the show before it is open to the public and enjoy Champagne while the judge, Karen Vernon is jurying the show.
-
VIP patrons will have a chance to speak with the Karen about the works and significance of each piece.
Help with the display . . .
